To register your program for Online Instruction, please enter the State License Number. You should have received the state license number at a regional training. If you have not attended a training, please contact your regional service center for this information. Upon entering the state license number, you will be asked to fill out a registration form which asks for basic information about your program as well as which teachers you will allow to access this system.
